Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect the time of all clients and the preparation required for each appointment, the following policy applies:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 40% of the total service cost.
• No-shows (not showing up without notice) will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
Your deposit is part of your total payment, not an extra fee. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be applied toward the fee owed. If the deposit does not cover the full amount, the remaining balance will be charged.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

Política de Cancelación y Ausencias
Para respetar el tiempo de todos los clientes y la preparación necesaria para cada cita, se aplica la siguiente política:
Las citas deben cancelarse o reprogramarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
• Cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de anticipación tendrán un cargo del 40% del costo total del servicio.
• No presentarse a la cita (no-show) tendrá un cargo del 50% del costo total del servicio.
El depósito forma parte del pago total, no es un cargo adicional. En caso de cancelación tardía o no-show, el depósito se aplicará al monto adeudado. Si el depósito no cubre el total, se cobrará el restante.
Al agendar una cita, aceptas esta política.
